Who wants to get leid? We do! So grab your coconuts, your grass skirts, and your floral shirts, and come be part of our Island Luau!

Hot tub, hotter friends, public and private play spaces, and great food all combine in a private luxury setting just East of the Denver Airport.

Come enjoy private, group, and open spaces for playing; a hot tub for bubbling; balconies for smoking; and sitting areas for chatting.

CHECK-IN
The door will be open from 6pm - 10pm.

FOOD
A wide selection of yummy foods, including gluten and dairy free options, are included with your admission. We endeavor to satisfy all of your appetites!

BEVERAGES
Juices, sodas, water, and creative cocktail mixers will be provided. We do not provide alcohol. Please bring your own favorite beverage for the self-serve byob bar.

ROOMS
We will have six overnight rooms available. Please contact us for availability and pricing. This includes our famous Sunday Brunch followed by games for those who stay and socialize.

SINGLE GENTLEMEN
This is a Swingers Party. Single gentlemen are welcome but must be vetted by the host. New gentlemen contact SmartNSassy directly to discuss admittance.

SAFETY FIRST If you experience anything that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe in any way, PLEASE find Ken or Linda as soon as possible. "Wrong" things do not just go away, and we cannot address issues that we do not know about. CREATIVITY We encourage NEW people, STRAIGHT people, BI people, TRANS people, and all kinds of "TRY" people to attend our parties. As a result, you may see situations that occur between consenting adults that are not in line with your personal preferences. We suggest the following guidelines. 1. If it's not your play, just walk away. 2. If you have questions, find someone to ask. 3. If you see a situation that warrants further discussion, find a host or house staff. INSIDE RULES 1. COURTESY and RESPECT dictate all other behaviors. 2. Check in at the front door. 3. Always ask before you touch another guest. Silence is NOT consent. 4. Change the sheets after playing. Place used linens in the hampers. 5. Excessively loud, rude, or belligerent behaviors will be removed from the premises. 6. Respect signs indicating PRIVATE spaces. 7. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make your experience more enjoyable! OUTSIDE RULES 1. No nudity beyond the lawn area. 2. Use "conversational" tones and topics when speaking outside. 3. Respect our neighbors who may be entertaining their own friends and family. AFTER PARTY RULES 1. Respect the professional and personal privacy of all guests after the party. 2. DO NOT approach other guests publicly unless you have contacted them privately. 3. DO NOT discuss the behavior or activity of other guests without their express consent. DRUGS & ALCOHOL **Alcohol and marijuana are the ONLY controlled substances permitted on our property.** While it is legal to possess and use other substances in some parts of Denver, they are NOT legal or welcome here. Violators will be reported and will not be allowed to attend future parties.
